It’s a Powerful Day in Astrology today (7/4/2025). Our Sun aligns with Sirius (the Dog Star) which some call our Spiritual Sun. A good day to meditate on the color blue. This is the color of Sirius. It is also the color of healing and Celestial connection for the Tibetans, and has strong significance in metaphysical practices.
The Moon moves from balancing and connecting Libra into the depths of Scorpio’s Waters. Meanwhile, Venus conjoins Uranus in the last degrees (increased power) of Taurus. I read this as The Feminine Principle and Earth based values being informed by Higher Mind (Uranus) before Venus moves into Gemini later in the day: off to disseminate, connect and mingle with all. The strongest energy of the day, however, is Neptune in Aries moving Retrograde. We are moved to review our new Spiritual Initiation and make sure it is Grounded (Uranus and Venus in Taurus) before moving it out into the World for connection and communication (Venus in Gemini today, Uranus on Monday). These are powerful energies and degree points. Potential for big surprises (Uranus), disruptions and shifts. We may feel exhausted and/or overstimulated. Let’s use our tools of self care (Venus) to aid in this transition.
