Lisa Hart Today (5/21/2025) is Xiǎo Mǎn 小滿 Day in the Lunar/Solar Calendar: It means Small Full and indicates the time when the grain is ripening, but not yet ripe.
There is a joy in not being completely full; when we have enough and can anticipate more but not be grasping for it. Sitting in the sun today, face uplifted to it’s warm embrace, drinking a morning cup of tea, I feel at peace, almost full of inspirations and nourishments. My vow is to hold this energy through today, at least,(heh) and to send this energy out into the World. May we all be blessed with Small Fullness.
